Garrity handles all the paperwork.

PNM Home Energy Checkup & Rebate Program
PNM also offers valuable energy-saving programs—starting with a FREE Home Energy Checkup. This is a great first step in understanding your home’s energy performance and qualifying for additional rebates, including insulation upgrades.
Two ways to get your checkup:
-
Video Call – A PNM Energy Specialist conducts a virtual walk-through and sends you a customized energy report with rebate options.
-
In-Home Visit – A specialist visits your home for a 1–1.5 hour assessment, installs free energy-saving products, and shares personalized energy-saving recommendations.
Insulation Rebates:
PNM customers may qualify for insulation rebates. Eligible insulation improvements must meet current program requirements, including existing insulation levels and installation timelines.
Schedule your FREE checkup to book your appointment.
