The program includes multiple rebate opportunities including:

Attic and Roof Insulation

• Must have a rating of >R-30
• 40% of project cost excluding tax, up to $800
• >R-38 40% up to $500

Crawl Space Insulation

• Must have a rating of >R-19
• 40% of project cost excluding tax, up to $200

To qualify for rebates, homeowners must meet program guidelines, including:

• Must be a New Mexico Gas Company residential customer
• Home must use natural gas for space heating
• Work must be completed by a Participating Contractor like Garrity Insulation
• Improvements must occur between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027
• Applications must be submitted within 30 days of installation
• Projects must be existing homes only (no new construction or additions)
• Funding is available while program funds last

Renters may also qualify, but require landlord authorization.
