Garrity Insulation is a participating contractor with PNM and the New Mexico Gas Company’s rebate programs for attic and crawl space insulation. There are two tiers to the attic insulation program:

Tier 1: Existing Insulation of R-11 or less

• What improvement you must make: You need to add R-19 insulation or greater (usually six inches of insulation or more)
• How much you can save: Rebate good for 40% of the cost up to $800.

Tier 2: Existing Insulation of R12-R19

• What improvement you must make: You must increase the total insulation to R-38 or greater
• How much you can save: Rebate good for 40% of the cost, up to $500.

Crawl Space Insulation Rebate Program

The crawl space program is only open to those with no existing crawl space insulation.

• What improvement you must make: You must add R-19 insulation or greater.
• How much you can save: Rebate good for up to $200.
